Festive Parties
Celebrate the year's achievements with your team at The Chesterfield. Festive décor, seasonal merriment, and a charming and sophisticated venue all combine to create the perfect ambience for Christmas cheer, whilst tailored seating plans, personalised menus, and Christmas crackers add those personal touches that make your event memorable for years to come. Available from the 1st November to the 5th January 2025.
Your festive package
What Your festive package includes
Our festive party package includes a delicious three-course menu followed by tea, coffee, and homemade mince pies. Each guest will also enjoy a half bottle of sommelier-selected wine. The table will be elegantly set with beautiful place cards, personalised menus, and a seating plan.
Menu Selection & Pre-Orders
When booking, please choose up to three starters, three mains, and three desserts for your guests. Each guest will then select one of each from your menu. Kindly submit your guests' pre-orders to your event organiser no later than 10 days before your event. We can accommodate pre-advised dietary requirements.
A token of appreciation
As a token of appreciation for those who book a festive party at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, we are pleased to offer the following:
- A dinner for two at Butlers Restaurant, complete with a bottle of our Sommelier’s selected wine when you confirm your Christmas party for 30 or more guests.
- Afternoon Tea for four at Butlers Restaurant, accompanied by a bottle of Champagne for the table, when you confirm your Christmas party for 40 or more guests.
- An overnight stay for two in a luxurious Junior Suite, inclusive of a full English breakfast, when you book a Christmas party for 60 or more guests (valid for three months).
Enhance your package
With our selection of additional amenities, you can tailor your celebrations to suit the ambience of your occasion.
To enhance your package, enjoy:
- A bottle of mineral water (+£6 per person)
- A half bottle of wine each (+£20 per person)
- A half-hour sparkling wine reception (+£32 per person)
- After dinner drinks, including unlimited house wine, house spirits, soft drinks, and bottled beers (+£75 per person, max two hours)
- Canapés on arrival (+£10 per person, three canapés each)
Portrait artist
Our resident artist, Shelley the Artist, is available to create bespoke personal portraits. Make your Christmas party extra special by enquiring about portraits for larger parties and corporate groups and leave with a truly unique memento.

Private dining in The Library
25th December
Christmas Day Lunch
Enjoy exclusive use of The Library at the Chesterfield Mayfair from 12pm to 7pm with up to 20 people. A chilled glass of Lanson champagne awaits your arrival, followed by a seven-course meal as well as seasonal floral arrangements, personalised printed menus and an abundance of festive cheer from our dedicated team.
31st December
New Year's Eve Dinner
Enjoy exclusive use of the library at the Chesterfield Mayfair from 7pm until 1am with up to 20 people. A chilled glass of Lanson champagne awaits your arrival, followed by a five-course meal as well as personalised printed menus, a glass of champagne to toast to the new year and a TV screen if you wish to watch the fireworks.
